Good to know
How accurate is the online estimate?
Very close for most homes. The designer measures from your photo using your front door or garage door as a scale reference. We confirm every measurement on site, and if your final number changes we'll walk you through why before we install.
Do I own the lights?
That depends on your plan. Lease: we provide commercial-grade lights cut for your home, then take them down and store them labeled for your house, and every renewal year costs 30% less. Own: you keep the lights and store them yourself, for about 10% more up front. Permanent: the system is yours and stays up year-round.
Will clips or install damage my roof or gutters?
No. We use clips that fit your gutters and shingles, so we never use nails, staples or adhesives.
When do you install and take down?
Installs run from early November until the calendar fills, usually in mid-December. Lease takedowns happen in early January. Permanent systems install year-round. Pick your preferred install week when you reserve.
What if a bulb goes out?
Call or email us. Lease customers get free service calls all season. Own customers can book a service visit for a fee. Permanent installs come with a 2-year installation warranty, and the manufacturer's warranty covers the lights themselves.
Who qualifies for the hero discount?
First responders, nurses, teachers, active-duty military and veterans. Choose your group at checkout and show an ID or proof of service at install.
Is the deposit refundable?
If we can't fit your home into the schedule, your deposit is refunded in full. For anything else, give us a call and we'll work it out.
