League City neighborhoods we light
We install in every corner of League City. Some of the neighborhoods we design for most:
South Shore Harbour
League City's marina and golf community on Clear Lake, with golf-course, lakefront and waterfront homes. Long rooflines and water views call for a full, even outline.

A coastal-style master-planned community with newer homes, and one of the neighborhoods people search for most when they want to see Christmas lights in League City.
Westwood & Westover Park
Family neighborhoods where a lit roofline, wreath and shrubs turn a whole block festive.
Bay Colony
Traditional homes on roomy lots with mature trees. Size-based tree wraps are priced from your photo, so you know exactly what each tree costs.
Tuscan Lakes & Victory Lakes
Two-story homes around the lakes. Our designer prices one-story and two-story rooflines separately, so your quote matches your house.
Magnolia Creek
Newer homes with clean rooflines that look sharp in warm white or classic multicolor C9s.

Questions
Frequently asked questions
How much does it cost to have Christmas lights installed in League City?
A one-story League City home with 150 feet of roofline is $1,400 on a lease, and a two-story home with trees, a wreath and shrubs is about $3,830. Leases start at $600 and cost 30% less each renewal year. Own costs about 10% more. Permanent lighting starts at $34 per foot.
Do you install in South Shore Harbour, Mar Bella and Tuscan Lakes?
Yes, plus Westwood, Westover Park, Bay Colony, Victory Lakes, Magnolia Creek and every other League City neighborhood. We also cover nearby Dickinson, Kemah, Webster, Clear Lake and Friendswood.
Should I lease or buy my Christmas lights?
Lease if you want it handled: we install, fix any outage for free all season, take everything down in January and store it labeled for your house, and every renewal year costs 30% less. Own if you'd rather keep the lights and take them down yourself; it costs about 10% more up front. Over five years, leasing a typical one-story ranch costs about $5,320 in total.
Do you take the lights down after Christmas?
On a lease, yes. We take everything down in early January, label it for your house and store it, so next year's install is faster and costs 30% less. If you buy your lights instead, they're yours to take down and store.
Can I have lights that stay up all year?
Yes. Permanent lighting is mounted in a low-profile track under your eaves and controlled from an app, so you can set colors for Christmas, Halloween, the Fourth of July or any day. It starts at $34 per foot with a 2-year installation warranty. See permanent lighting.
Will the lights damage my roof or gutters?
No. Seasonal lights hang on clips that grip your gutters and shingles, so there are no nails, staples or holes. Permanent track is fastened in a low-profile channel tucked under the eave or fascia.
When should I book Christmas light installation?
As early as you can. Seasonal installs start in early November and run until the calendar fills, usually by mid-December, and the best install weeks go first. Permanent lighting installs year-round, so spring and summer are a good time to get it in before the holidays.
Do you offer a discount for first responders, teachers or veterans?
Yes. Our hometown hero discount is 10% off for first responder, nurse, teacher, active-duty military, veteran. Choose your group at checkout and show an ID or proof of service at install.
